The question of the symbolism of natural elements in spiritual experience has always interested me.
On the other side, man does not content himself with exploiting nature to satisfy his basic needs.
He also uses it to assume symbolic functions.
Plant or animal materials are used in contexts determined for their metaphorical value that expresses or reinforces certain concepts essential to social and political functioning.
We have so much to learn from nature.
