I did this series with in mind the memory that Pietr Mondrian began producing grid-based paintings.
I have followed the same graphic lines and I just broke the geometric patterns shapes .
As I reached a point where my artistic vocabulary is reduced to simple geometric elements, I can easily see some influential pop artworks...or are they a way to represent the adjacent communities of NYC?
