I believe that I am doing a kind of art therapy without really being aware of it.

It involves creativity, reconciling emotional conflicts, & personal growth.

it also help to foster self-awareness & strengthen of neuronal connections.

I imagine my own artistic & abstract version of the most commonly taught art therapy assessments is the DDS (Diagnostic Drawing Series).
