PROTECTING NATURE ON CANVAS      PHILIPPE HALABURDA STUDIO IN NEWBURGH, NY, USA     JUNE 2021

Human nature

About the theme of "human-nature"

Painting human nature in abstract maps with acrylic and tape can be a compelling exploration of complexity.

COVID-19
has spread worldwide at lightning speed, infecting millions of people.

We already know that protecting nature will be critical
to prevent future pandemics.

With that in mind, here is how I have explored the connections between nature and human health.

I represent a potential enhancement of our physical,
mental or social well-being through our daily exposure
to a natural environment.

Through the precision of tape and the expressiveness of acrylic, the canvas becomes a visual dialogue on the multifaceted essence of being.

I use geometric shapes to represent facets of human experience—triangles for unity, squares for order, and free-flowing lines for connections.

Warm colors may capture emotions, while cooler tones symbolize rationality.

The interplay of shapes and colors reflects the intricate dynamics of human nature, embracing the nuanced balance between structure and spontaneity.
