ABSTRACT PAINTING ON PAPER A COBBALTOO SYYNTAXX SERIES PHILIPPE HALABURDA STUDIO 2023
Neurodiversity
About the theme of "neurodiversity"
In my artistic exploration, I delve into the concept of neurodiversity—a term that celebrates the inherent differences in the ways people's brains work.
Through my abstract maps, crafted with tapes, acrylic paint, and collages, I aim to visually represent the spectrum of conditions classified as mental disorders.
Each color tape and painted stripe serves as a symbolic representation of the unique characteristics and experiences associated with neurodivergence.
By delineating the diverse landscapes of the mind within
my artwork, I challenge stigmas surrounding mental health and celebrate the richness of neurological variations.
Through the interplay of colors, shapes, and textures, I seek to evoke
a deeper understanding and appreciation for the complexity of human cognition.
Each piece becomes a canvas for sparking conversations about the beauty found within the spectrum of mental experiences, fostering empathy and acceptance for individuals with diverse ways of thinking, learning,
and behaving.
Ultimately, my work serves as a testament to the diversity of the human mind and the importance of embracing neurodiversity as a source
of strength and resilience.
By inviting viewers to engage with the visual representation of neurological variations, I hope to foster greater awareness, empathy,
and inclusivity in our understanding of mental health and well-being.
