Under the streets

About the theme of "subterranean city"

I am fascinated by the network of pipes under Manhattan’s streets and avenues.

Recently, I was walking in Chelsea with a friend and saw this fantastic web of conduits, cables, and pipes on one of the streets.

From my point of view, It looks like each existing infrastructure is a challenging engineering
and coordination challenge.

I imagined the anatomy of  New York through these abstract paintings inspired by the city’s subterranean complexity.

I tried to capture the essence of the city's underground complexity.

Each stroke mirrors the challenge of orchestrating this hidden dance
of infrastructure, where chaos and order meld into a harmonious
visual narrative.

These paintings unveil the anatomy of New York, not in skyscrapers and streets, but in the veins of its infrastructure.

The geometric renderings tell the story of a city knit together beneath the surface, a testament to the engineering marvels supporting the daily rhythm
of Manhattan life.

Every line and shape are a testament to the unseen efforts
that keep the metropolis pulsating.
