Characteristic of a system or of a process, adaptability is an ability to change something or oneself and allows us to
control our emotions too.
Because we need to fit occurring changes, we always change our behaviors by making sometimes unexpected choices.
I tape these trajectories: how humans can quickly adapt themselves efficiently to face changed circumstances.
