How to paint the disciplined use of our energy & the desire to reach self-realization?

The art & science of yoga is dedicated to creating a union between body, mind, spirit, and I wanted to show this aspect of awareness of ourselves. 

We all are individualized beings intimately connected. There are two fundamental ethical precepts:

- the "Yamas", how is our attitude toward people and things outside ourselves

- the "Niyamas", how we use our energy in relationship to others & to ourselves
