Mindfulness coloring

Some neuropsychologists say that coloring is evoking a relaxing mindset.
It allows us to switch off our brains from other thoughts.
It's very similar to meditation, helps to 
reduce anxiety, and improved mindfulness.

By entering a freer state of being, art drives me to meditate.
