Informal gardens

About the theme of "informal gardens"

In my abstract compositions, I draw inspiration from informal gardens' organic and asymmetrical beauty.

Just as in these natural landscapes, my art compositions eschew strict symmetry and embrace the fluidity of form and shape.

Using tape as a medium, I create dynamic arrangements that allow for the free-flowing movement of lines and contours. By relinquishing symmetry constraints, I seek to capture the essence of spontaneity and natural growth, inviting viewers to appreciate the inherent harmony in asymmetry.

In my artistic process, I employ tape to delineate the boundaries and structures within the composition, much like the pathways and plantings in an informal garden.

However, rather than imposing rigid geometric shapes, I opt for fluid lines
and gentle curves that mimic the organic patterns found in nature.

This approach allows for a sense of freedom and authenticity, as each element can grow and evolve uniquely, contributing to a harmonious whole more significant than the sum of its parts.

I aim to convey a new type of harmony that emerges from asymmetry
through my abstract compositions.

Like in informal gardens where spaces and plants can flourish in their natural shapes, my artwork celebrates the beauty of imperfection and irregularity.

By embracing asymmetrical arrangements and flowing lines, I hope to evoke a sense of tranquility and balance, inviting viewers to immerse themselves
in the fluidity of form and the timeless allure of nature's design.
