Outdoor installation: "Suun Rayy"

Sept 25 – Nov 15, 2021

Terrain Biennial, Newburgh, NY, USA, 2021

The art installation Suunrayy represents human connections and their interactions with our environment.

The intricate mesh realized with yellow fabrics symbolizes the collective energy of the building’s occupants that encompasses the community of Newburgh and explores social tensions and relationships. I am interested in the randomness of emotion through art by imaging this large-scale in-situ installation. For Terrain Biennial, I decided to use yellow sheer voile to reveal all the positive interactions between persons and their environment. It has an illuminating essence that catches our attention.
